Work is progressing and we're getting closer to completion. The original master tape as now been converted to digital format and work on creating the master for CD production has begun. And just to whet your appetite, here's a shot of the proposed cover artwork. (Thanks to Dennis Rittson for again providing the cover shot of the three locos racing through Blaxland.) We'll keep you posted on how The Last Run...? progresses.

- Locofonic Recordings' We are currently investigating the feasibility of releasing Locofonic Recordings' The Last Run...?, the ground-breaking LP that captured 3203, 3526 and 3820 on their last over-the-blue-mountains run in 1974 along with 6042's assault on Cowan Bank as the last run of the last "regular steam" loco in NSW on March 4, 1973. Many customers asked us to consider releasing this LP when In Days Of Old appeared in 2002. If you would like us to release this as a new digitally-remastered CD, please drop us a line at info@firebox.bluemountains.net.au
