How to order our CDs

International customers:

You can easily purchase any of our CDs using your credit card through our on-line store. Click on a CD title and you'll be taken to a new page where you can add that title to your shopping cart.
You can go back to the catalog by clicking on the catalog button at any time.
Once you've finished your shopping, click on the "checkout" button on your Paypal webpage and make your payment.

We use PAYPAL, the world's most reliable and secure on-line payment service.
All prices shown are in US dollars and include shipping costs to anywhere in the world.
Your credit card will be billed in US dollars for the amount shown when you go to the checkout.
Once your order is completed, we then fill it and ship it out within 24 hours. All discs are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you safe and in perfect condition.

Australian customers:

As well as credit purchase via our on-line store, Australian residents can also print out the order form and pay by cheque (personal or bank) or postal order in Australian dollars.
NOTE: All credit card sales are billed in US dollars. We apologise to our non-US customers for this inconvenience.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund discs unless the discs have been damaged in transit although in five years, no-one has yet asked us to exchange a disc damaged in shipping.
If you do have problems, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
After all, we want you to enjoy the sound of Australian steam.
